logo-wide Giveaway Of The Day gets a mention fairly regularly on this site. So you probably all ready know about it by now. I just felt it deserved its own Giveaway Of The Dayspace to shine. They strike up one day deals with software developers who agree to give their software away for free for one 24 period. This is a fantastic resource to grab yourself some software you normally would have to pay for. Understand? OK.. try this.. A bit like stealing except its completely legal… ah.. now your back with me… Unfortunately, most of the weeks offerings tend to be similar products that all convert one file format or another.. But when a gem comes along like the one I mentioned before called inPaint 2.0, this makes it all worthwhile.. On the right, is this past few days offerings.

They describe it on their blog this way:

Giveaway of the day - what’s that?

Well, that’s a convenient initiative allowing you to get the best commercial software titles – for free. Every day we offer licensed software you’d have to buy otherwise, for free! Yes, we are giving away software, and you can download it from our site, right now and right here and our goal is to give away every good piece of software, sooner or later. Want to learn more about our project?

For game giveaways check out Game Giveaway of the Day.

For the latest freeware check out our freeware library.

You have noticed they a “Game Giveaways” too.. and you don’t need to worry about the Gardai knocking down your door. :)

I recommend it as a bookmark and follow their feed so you never miss out on great software. But then again.. you don’t have to since I always post anything decent.
